Armin von Rohrscheidt is a Partner at Promerit/ Mercer and European leader of the HR Transformation Practice. He is located in the Stuttgart area, Germany.
Armin has more than 16 years of experience in HR Consulting and HR Management. Before joining Promerit in 2015, Armin has been the Global Head of HR Transformation at MHP – A Porsche Company. Prior to his HR Consulting work he was the Director for HR Germany and the Senior Director for global Compensation & Benefits, HR Processes and HRIO at Carl Zeiss. He worked broadly in the US, Europe and Asia.
He leads global transformation projects and programs through the (re-)alignment of the HR-Management – from strategy adaption over conception up to effective execution into steady process – and organization models. In his hybrid role setup he is also able to keep HR and HR-IT aligned and coordinate both activities and is the thought leader behind the new Target Interaction Model (TIM) in HR.Ìý
